Kyle B. Nelson
Kyle Nelson began his career in the field of corporate immigration where he represented large, multinational corporations before the Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Service, and the Department of Labor. He brings to Wilenchik & Bartness his strong skills in written advocacy and research as well as his unique experience in legal program and process management.
Kyle graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science minor. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and participated in the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition.
Kyle is admitted to practice law in Arizona.
