Wilenchik & Bartness argues appeal in front of retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O' Connor

Dennis Wilenchik and Kathleen Rapp represented 12 of the 15 Arizona Counties in a case on appeal before retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O' Connor. The panel also included Ninth Circuit Judge Sandra Segal Ikuta and Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski. Audio of the argument, which includes a final argument by Dennis I. Wilenchik, can be found here. The argument concerned Proposition 200, which requires registered voters to present proof of identification in order to cast a ballot at the polls. The decision of the Appeals Court upheld the law in part but ruled that certain parts were un-Constitutional. The decision is likely to be appealed to the Supreme Court of the United States.
