State Senator Andy Biggs talks about SB1213, which the Governor just signed into law. The law prohibits an inmate convicted of domestic violence from getting early release. Dennis Wilenchik Certified as Pre-trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy
Dennis Wilenchik was certified this week as a Pre-trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Wilenchik has been a certified Trial Specialist for the NBTA for many years, as well as the chairman of the Civil Trial Practice Committee, a member of the Superior Court Civil Study Committee of the State Bar, and a member of the County Bar Judicial Evaluation Poll Committee. Mr. Wilenchik has been a member of both the Trial Practice and Evidence Committees of the American Bar Association. He has spoken at numerous seminars on trial practice and evidence for various professional organizations and groups, and he has contributed to a national publications on trial evidence. He is a diplomate of the Hasting's College of Law Trial Advocacy Program and the National College of Advocacy Trial Advocacy Program.
