Hon. Ann Timmer Appointed to the Arizona Supreme Court

Wilenchik & Bartness is proud to congratulate the Honorable Ann Scott Timmer, formerly an attorney at Wilenchik and Bartness, who has been appointed to the Arizona Supreme Court. Wilenchik & Bartness partner Dennis Wilenchik hired Justice Timmer for her first job out of law school at Storey & Ross in 1985. After Wilenchik & Bartness was founded in 1990, Justice Timmer worked for the firm for four years before accepting a judicial appointment. Justice Timmer was also the Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.Justice Timmer is the 43rd Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court, and only the fourth woman ever to have served in that capacity since statehood.Announcement on Arizona Supreme Court WebsiteGovernor's Press ReleaseArizona Republic Article
